The "Online-Einstufungstest Deutsch als Fremdsprache" (onDaF) is designed by the TestDaF Institute and is suited to check your German language skills. The onDaF is an Internet-based test and is carried out from the registration to the result delivery exclusively on the computer. The test consists of a total of eight void texts (so-called C-tests), which have different levels of difficulty. Each gap text contains 20 gaps, which arise through the systematic removal of the second half of the word and must be completed correctly. The test takes about 40 minutes. The result will be provided directly after the onDaF.
In addition to a score, you will receive a rating of your German language skills at levels A2 to C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). For example, this rating can help you choose a suitable German language course that suits your language skills, or prepare you for an advanced language exam such as DSH or TestDaF. The language center currently does not offer the onDaF.
